‎Shipping Information

We will send customer orders within 1–5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

If orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying for the redelivery.

 

Pre-Orders

If items you have purchased are on PRE-ORDER, they will be shipped in line with the time period stated on the product page. However, we cannot be held accountable for any external factors that may affect the original time period stated.

If an order includes an item listed under PRE-ORDER in the description, your full order will be shipped together.

 

How Can I Track My Parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order, SECOND SKIN will send you a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online.

Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

 

What If I Never Received My Order?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave SECOND SKIN facilities.

If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping courier (e.g. UPS, Evri, DPD, DHL, Royal Mail).

We will provide you with the address, shipping courier information, tracking information, and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping courier.

 

Duties and Taxes 

For orders shipped to the United States, European Union, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and Japan, all orders include duties and taxes (DDP), ensuring smooth delivery with no extra fees.

For all other countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the destination, you may have the option to choose:

  • DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): Duties and taxes are paid at checkout, ensuring smooth delivery with no extra fees.
  • DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): Duties and taxes are paid upon delivery. Please note that your shipping carrier may not release the package until these charges are settled.
