    ‎Shipping Information

    We will send customer orders within 1–5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

    If orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying for the redelivery.

    Pre-Orders

    If items you have purchased are on PRE-ORDER, they will be shipped in line with the time period stated on the product page. However, we cannot be held accountable for any external factors that may affect the original time period stated.

    If an order includes an item listed under PRE-ORDER in the description, your full order will be shipped together.

    How Can I Track My Parcel?

    As soon as we start packing your order, SECOND SKIN will send you a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online.

    Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

    What If I Never Received My Order?

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave SECOND SKIN facilities.

    If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping courier (e.g. UPS, Evri, DPD, DHL, Royal Mail).

    We will provide you with the address, shipping courier information, tracking information, and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping courier.

  • For orders shipped to the United States, European Union, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and Japan, all products include duties and taxes (DDP), ensuring smooth delivery with no extra fees.

    For all other countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the destination, you may have the option to choose:

    • DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): Duties and taxes are paid at checkout, ensuring smooth delivery with no extra fees.
    • DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): Duties and taxes are paid upon delivery. Please note that your shipping carrier may not release the package until these charges are settled.

  • Track your order here.

  • We sincerely hope you’re happy with your SECOND SKIN purchase. However, if you change your mind for any reason, we’re happy to offer a refund and/or exchange (excluding shipping) within 14 days after shipping confirmation.

    Returns Process
    • To start a return, email sales@secondskinltd.com with your reason for the return before sending any product(s), so customer service can assist.
    • Customer service may take 1–3 working days to reply to queries, so please keep this in mind when initiating a return.
    • Any items that arrive back to the SECOND SKIN warehouse not in the same condition as bought will result in either cancellation or fees deducted from the customer’s return.
    Important Notes
    • Returns are currently not free. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return of any item purchased from SECOND SKIN.
    • SECOND SKIN will not take responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommends all returns be sent by recorded delivery.
    • Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed.
    Product Condition
    • We cannot accept returns for clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered.
    • When trying items on, please ensure you are not wearing strong scents or aftershaves, and that all product tags remain intact.
    • Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and resellable condition. Whether an item meets these conditions will be determined at our discretion.

  • We sincerely hope you’re happy with your SECOND SKIN purchase. However, if you change your mind for any reason, we’re happy to offer a refund (excluding shipping) within 14 days after shipping confirmation.

    We’ve created a simple integrated returns system to make the process easy. Just head to our Returns Portal to start your return. Once your return request is complete, you’ll receive a pre-paid returns label via email.

    Please note:
    • International returns will incur a charge. You’ll be prompted to pay this fee during the returns process once your request has been approved.
    • We work with our Shipping Partners to ensure the returns fee is the most cost-effective way to send your order back to us, fully tracked and insured.
    • To get started, you’ll just need the email address linked to your order and your order number.
